Terms of Service

These terms apply when you browse blackblacknotwhite.com and when you buy digital keys through your account. The store is run by the company named in the footer of this website ("we", "us"). By placing an order you accept these terms.

What we sell

We sell digital activation keys ("keys") for games, add-ons, software and gift cards on third-party platforms such as Steam, PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo and Epic Games. Keys are sourced from a licensed distributor, Kinguin. We are not affiliated with the platforms, and each platform's own terms apply to the use of the product after activation.

Each product page states the platform and any regional limitation. A key with a regional limitation can only be activated in the regions shown. Please check them before you buy.

Your account

You need an account to buy. Keep your sign-in details safe; you are responsible for orders placed from your account. A cart can hold up to 10 different products and up to 9 copies of each per order.

Prices and payment

Prices are set in euros and include our margin. You can display prices in another currency; those amounts are estimates at the current rate. Payment is always charged in euros, and checkout shows the exact amount before you pay.

Card payments are processed on the payment provider's protected page. We do not see or store your full card number.

Delivery

After payment we obtain your keys from the distributor and place them in Orders & keys in your account, usually within minutes. If the distributor needs more time, the order shows as processing until the keys arrive. Pre-ordered keys are delivered on the release date.

Keys are hidden until you choose Reveal key. We email you when your keys are ready; keys themselves are never sent by email.

At checkout you agree that delivery starts immediately and that you lose the statutory right of withdrawal once a key is revealed, as described below.

Refunds

• You can request a refund for an order if no key of that order has been revealed and less than 24 hours have passed since delivery.
• Revealing any key of an order closes the refund window for the whole order, because the distributor returns keys per order and cannot tell whether a key was seen.
• If a revealed key does not work, contact support with your order number. We investigate with the distributor and provide a working key or a refund. This does not affect your statutory rights regarding faulty digital content.

Refunds are requested through the contact form (request type: Refund) and are paid back to the original payment method.

Using keys

Keys are for personal use or for giving to another person as a gift. Reselling keys bought here, or using them in breach of the platform's terms, is not allowed. See the Acceptable Use Policy.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version published on this page at the time of your order applies to that order.
