Are your keys official?

Yes. Every key comes from a licensed distributor. We do not sell shared accounts or keys of unknown origin.

What exactly do I buy?

An activation code for a game, DLC, software or gift card on a specific platform. You redeem it on that platform and the product is added to your account there.

Can I buy a key as a gift?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Buy it in your account, reveal the key when you are ready and pass it on yourself. Check that the platform and region suit the person you give it to.

How fast will I get my key?

Usually within minutes after payment. In rare cases the distributor needs more time; the order then shows Processing until the key arrives. Pre-orders arrive on the release date.

Where do I find my key?

In your account, under Orders & keys. The key stays hidden until you press Reveal key. We also email you when your keys are ready, but the key itself is never sent by email.

You pay now and the key arrives in Orders & keys on the release date. Pre-orders are marked on the product page together with the date.

How do I activate a key?

Reveal the key in Orders & keys, then redeem it on the platform. Steam: Games, Activate a Product on Steam (Steam keys also get an Activate on Steam link). PlayStation: PlayStation Store, Redeem codes. Xbox: redeem.microsoft.com or Microsoft Store. Epic Games: account menu, Redeem Code. Nintendo: Nintendo eShop, Redeem Code.

What does the region on a key mean?

Some keys can only be activated in certain regions, for example Europe. Region free keys work everywhere. The region is shown next to the price on every product, so check it before you buy.

My key does not work. What now?

Accepted Answer

Write to support through the contact form and add your order number (for example 1789571071-4YKXTA) plus a screenshot of the error. We check it with the distributor and resolve it with a working key or a refund.

Which currencies can I see prices in?

Accepted Answer

You can switch the display currency in the header. Prices in other currencies are estimates at today's rate. Payment is always charged in euros, and checkout shows the exact euro amount before you pay.

How do I pay?

By card, on the payment provider's protected page, with 3-D Secure where your bank uses it. We never see or store your full card number.

Do I need an account?

Yes, to buy. Your cart, orders and keys live in your account. You can browse and save favorites without one; favorites move to your account after you sign in.

Can I get a refund?

Accepted Answer

Yes, if no key of the order has been revealed and less than 24 hours have passed since delivery. Revealing any key of an order closes the refund window for that order. Faulty keys are handled separately by support.
