• Activate keys only in the regions stated on the product page and in line with the platform's own terms.
• Do not reveal a key and then request a refund for it; revealing closes the refund window.

Payments

• Use only payment methods you are entitled to use.
• Chargebacks for orders whose keys were delivered and revealed may lead to account suspension.

• Do not try to break, overload, scrape or reverse-engineer the site or the account area.
• Do not use automated tools to place orders or to check prices at scale.
• Do not use the contact form to send spam or abusive messages.

What we may do

If we see a breach of these rules, fraud or a risk to other customers, we may cancel open orders, refund them, limit or close the account. We will tell you why unless the law prevents it.
